Good morning Douglas and Saugatuck, Michigan. Summer is still here.

Today in West Michigan! we had some rain again last night, looks like another windy day, great for our local surfer dudes. The high is only barely going to reach about 70, with the low tonight in the mid 50's. Lake Michigan should look like the atlantic today.

The sunset tonight, it will be around 8:40.

Head to the Green Market at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, is open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, they have loads of locally grown produce, baked breads, foods & floral. Another great stop while your here.

Docent walking tour of Historic Downtown Saugatuck, Time is 2:00 p.m., starts at the information booth at Butler and Culver by the stop light.

Catch the The Putnam County Spelling Bee this weekend at the Mason Street Warehouse at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts.

Great evening to catch dinner at Everyday people Cafe, you can listen to some great blues on the back patio too.

Last Call Band and The Veloras - Sat. 8/22 , 8 PM in the Lucky Stone Pub at the Saugatuck Brewing Company
