Good morning Douglas and Saugatuck, Michigan. Summer is still here.
We ate at a fantastic new restaurant in Fennville last night, "Salt of the Earth". They don't officially open for dinner until Wednesday but it was fantastico. First course that cleansed the palette was Shrimp and Crab Ceviche with marinated fruit. I had the Grilled Hanger Steak with oven roasted shallots, and Sue had the Brick baked oven Ziti, yummmmmmm, very price point friendly too.
Today in West Michigan! It's pretty overcast and a mite chilly here today in West Michigan. Slight chance of rain, low in the mid 60's, wait is fall here, no we are holding out for Summer. It's still Summer folks so don't let mother nature tell you any different.
